In currency trading the Asian session today (31-08), seen the AUD currency has strengthened against the U.S. Dollar. Pair AUD / USD is currently engaged in the range of 0.8944.
This morning has been released several Australian economic data in July 2010 period, the results are quite good. Building Approvals noted to increase 2.3% over the previous period which slipped 3.4%. Then carrying Retail Sales rose 0.7%, better than the previous period rose 0.4%.Despite positive data, it appears the AUD a little.
